I have only writing copy for landing pages, never once designed them- where do I start, what tools and websites do I need? (Free version) & what content do you recommend i watch to improve my designs

What should I have in my outreach to attract prospects, what should my IG page look like, what should I send to their dms as an opener, most dont respond if I give them a compliment…
