Hi I'm just wondering what is the better travel card to use .I'm using the wise travel card to exchange and withdraw money but I've heard mixed reviews on it what are other people using?

Revolut is big in Europe, but doesn’t have a conversion for VND, I’ve been using it with euros loaded to my account for small purchases, and there are no extra charges, unless you pull out cash. Also they have a ESIM you can buy through them, which I wouldn’t advise internet is very slow even unusable at times. If you are a more frequent traveler, for Europeans Barclays offers a credit card called platinum double. You get a visa and a master card, with no fees for foreign currency purchases or cash with drawls, and travel insurances for just owning the card, which is pretty cool.

Question for anyone who lives in Da Nang area long term, I know the prices for the hotels change with the season, but do the prices at the bars and restaurants change as well for food and drinks?

9/19 Weather update in Da Nang
Sunny and clear in Da Nang right now after heavy rain all day yesterday. They are still forecasting some rain this afternoon but it looks like the storm will stay North of DN for now.

Also never been in Vietnam during a typhoon do a lot of things close? I lived in the Caribbean for awhile and when ever a hurricane was passing through every thing shut down. Just wondering what to expect.
