Hi everyone, it's great to meet you all! I’m an investor and developer based in Greenville, SC. I spent most of my career in B2B tech sales with IBM and Google, but over the past few years, I began acquiring long-term rentals (LTRs) and short-term rentals (STRs) on the side. I recently made the leap to full-time real estate investing and development. This year, I’ve completed several BRRR projects, and in December, I’ll be starting two renovations and a multifamily new construction.
