@Andrew Monopoli and I had a couple of things we did when messaging clients that may help you out: Most people are pretty vague in what they want. Try finish each response with a leading sales questions to give them something easy to respond to 1. What town are you located in? 2. What kind of car is it? 3. Are you looking for an interior or exterior detail? Or both? Keep your messages concise. To the point and useful while leading them in the direction you want Example: Client - “Hey how much for detail??” • DON’T GIVE YOUR PRICES OUT RIGHT AWAY You: “Hey (name), it depends on what you’re looking to get done. What kind of car is it?” Wait for response then ask for more info and don’t be afraid to have a little bit of a personality. Be professional but be human, not robot texts. Get their car type, service requested, and best date to do the detail and then book them in your calendar!💰
