I really enjoyed this assignment as it got me to dig deep into my ideas of why I wish to be a coach, to bring them out of the theoretical and the realm of solely inner knowing to dissect, examine and organize them into a cohesive way to share. Really so much goodness, memories and stories to pull from and brand new insights all came up! I prefer to just flow in videos after working through a rough form on the ideas, but tried to keep this video streamlined. I was quite moved, and needed the push. Excited to continue!
