@Joe Moss Thank you. I'll dive deep into these. We just started in Redtail very recently, so we still haven't dove very deep into building it out, but we have a close friend who works on their onboarding team at Orion. From what I'm understanding, the portfolio management / extra pieces from Orion are overpriced for what's needed and that someone like Advyzon is a better option. However, purely on the CRM side, would you say Advyzon is the better option and easier to build out? Honestly so far with Redtail, I'm overwhelmed and it feels quite difficult to navigate in terms of building templates, workflows, and actually using the communication pieces of it.

Great breakdown. I wish they would have included Munin AI. I'm most curious of the differences between Munin, Jump, and FinMate.
FinTech Priorities
While there are a few surveys out there already on what types of products RIA's and other investment managers plan to implement, what type of product is your firm most likely to evaluate or implement in the next 12 months? Feel free to add other options in the comments or expand on your answers!

We're figuring out best practices for several products: 1. Redtail → Weighing Orion Planning / Advising 2. Precise FP (Mostly built out & ready) 3. Deciding between Munin AI, Jump & FinMate AI 4. Diving into IncomeLab for retirement planning 5. Potential LEAP replacements I'm new to the industry & work for a small RIA firm, so I'd greatly appreciate any thoughts or recommendations in these areas.

Hope everyone's doing well!! I live in Conway, AR. I joined because I manage RIA operations at a small financial firm and am looking to learn tech stack best practices for automating and cleaning up as much of the client experience as possible. Our entire client experience was mostly manual across several applications, and I'm currently tasked with figuring out which application tech stacks other firms find to be the most effective. We currently use Calendly, Precise FP, Redtail, TaxDome, and LEAP in our tech stack but are weighing our options for AI & automation with Munin AI and Jump and would love to learn from other RIAs on AI best practices.
