When you put everyone else's needs before your own
This thread of addressing saying no, is just what I NEED. I am cultivating a sense of being worthy of my priorities. Everyone is pulling at us for their interests (people, ads, TV, stuff on internet). Note THEIR NEEDS (ads/Google are becoming more sophisticated to pull attention to have you spend). People and even friends believe that they are the most important (and in their orbit they are for themselves). This is a high cost for myself. The phrase "what your resists persists" comes to mind. So resisting this will put more energy into it. The suggestion is to catch their frequency and play around with it. PLAY and then PRIZE. I feel more empowered to laugh at how they try to seduce me. Note that listening to these short 2-minute videos can have a powerful impact.
