This Community is Closing
Hello everyone, due to a lack of interest of people joining I will be closing this Community. I pay a high monthly fee to have this community active and at the moment it is not worth it. This was a successful test to see peoples interests levels and activity levels and I think overall there is a lack of value when things are free (I think only 50% of people in this community even opened the free course) because it doesn’t require people to be invested. My spirit is calling me to focus on creating my online school which will include premium courses, community and weekly or (maybe monthly at first) group Q&A coaching calls with me that will be a low cost monthly membership. I am grateful for those of you who joined during this time and if you are interested in deeper help like joining the monthly membership feel free to message me on TikTok or just check the weekly newsletters as I will announce it when the time comes. I’m also in the process of creating a 1:1 coaching program so if you’re interested in that feel free to message me on TikTok. Much love and take care, Michael

@Mariana D For some reason the course went into back into my "drafts" but it should be available now
Welcome!
I encourage you to make a post and introduce yourself so that you can take that first step forward in breaking out of your comfort zone... this is only the BEGINNING of something amazing.

Small steps and ‘little things’ will create big diamonds over time, and if you feel like you are going through the ringer, just know diamonds are made in the highest of pressure.

Great post Andrew! I couldn't agree more... any progress I've ever made in my life was by focusing on the "little steps" overtime which eventually lead me to achieve the bigger results.
Todays takeaways
First call went well! 1. Approach one problem/goal at a time 2. Have a planned list of activities in moments of despair to avoid letting intrusive thoughts take over 3. Focus on my strengths and not my weaknesses. Leverage my strengths in my healing journey

Great post Anthony! for #3 the actual end goal is to focus on our weaknesses but use our strengths to help with that process. For example, lets say that one of our weaknesses is giving into junk food when we're feeling emotionally triggered and one of our strengths is getting ourself to exercise... the solution would be using our strength by exercising everytime we're about to eat that junk food.
