Multi family property needed
I need a $3- $4MM multi family property in East TN in the next three months. Huge assignment fee to share. My lead has not sold his existing apartment building yet so timing is a bit flexible. He's looking for a 1031 exchange property and must identify replacement property within 45 days of the closing of his existing apartment building.

@Cindy Hewett I understand the need and the 1031 process. I know some property owners in TN that may have something to discuss, but I really need more details. Have you also combed Loopnet and the commercial market space?
