Curious to hear what successes people are having.

I have had nothing but issues with US Bank for a business account. Every attempt to order letters has been declined as a fraud alert, buying me a long wait on their phone lines to speak to someone who then releases the hold and temporarily authorizes the purchase, (with the intent of it being permanent). Who has experience with alternatives?

What is the process for purchasing land when the seller has an agreement in place with a broker? Does it affect our process in any way?

Discovered a little trick. When looking at the county website in Orange County FL, when I select the "street" view, the website jumps to Google Maps but doesn't always load. Looking at the URL however, the URL includes the center geo coordinate. I thought that was nifty. Copied and pasted that right into Airtable.
