1. I feel I'm more technical than most - I have done a lot of indie-hacking in my life and have a more than a basic understanding of reading and writing code. I believe this makes me especially more effective when collaborating with engineers. 2. I have a strong sense of empathy for users, which allows me to understand their perspectives and communicate effectively. This empathy helps users feel comfortable sharing deeper insights about their issues with me. 3. I have 4 years of experience at a high-growth YC-backed startup. I wore ~literally~ every single hat there was to wear as the 1st employee. Operations, Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Product, Design, even Engineering (I built all of our internal dashboards for tracking metrics using Retool without using any of our engineers). One note here: I find this type of experience to be difficult to communicate on a resume.
