@Corey Shorte great way to put it!
How to stay consistent
Consistency is the backbone of success in any area of life, whether it’s fitness, building habits, or personal growth. It's easy to start strong when motivation is high, but what happens when that motivation fades? That’s when discipline kicks in. Small, daily actions may not seem like much at first, but they compound over time to bring you closer to your goals. To stay consistent, it’s important to create a routine that works for you and set realistic expectations. Track your progress and celebrate small wins—they'll help keep you motivated. Accountability is also key, so lean on the community to stay on track! What’s one habit or routine you’ve implemented to stay consistent, and how has it made a difference for you?
