SOLUTION: Make 100 videos, focusing on improving 1 thing with each one (Only after your 100th video can you start expecting potential views) 💭 Remember: Take action, focus on consistency and improvement, rather than perfectionism.

Every day tasks: 1. Research 10 content ideas (15 mins) 2. Script 8 (20 mins) 3. Film 7 - raw footage (30 mins) 4. Edit 5 - to the point that they are ready to post (1.25 hours) 5. Schedule 4 - which is more than 1 day ahead (15 mins) 6. Post 3/day. (No time /automatic) Total time/day = 2 hours 35 mins ** you can get even quicker - or I recommend outsourcing** What this enables you to do: - Build a bank of content ideas - Build a bank of scripts - Build a bank of raw footage - Build a bank of ready to post videos - Be Scheduled out 2.5 days after doing this structure for 1 week - Post 3 videos/day
