Hey everyone! I am Nic from SideYard CrossFit in Middleton, Idaho! I enjoy long walks around the track and burpees in the rain! I've owned CrossFit OYL (Own Your Life) in Haslet, TX for over 7 years now and have been coaching for about 9 years! As a coach, I really enjoy a wide variety of clients in a group CrossFit class. But what I want to get better at, is crushing a 25+ person CrossFit class. I regularly coach 15-20, but taking that step to the next level is what I'm working on right now 💪
