I am passionate about creating. At this stage in my life I want to pursue a life outside of construction management where I can express the creative side of my life. I have many ideas for books, short films, and tangible projects such as furniture design and art. I would love to collaborate with other artists to share and create stories that can heal and fulfill others lives.

How much does size matter?
When it comes to mastermind groups, the number of members can make a big difference. Too many, and some voices might not get heard; too few, and you might miss out on fresh ideas. I’m curious—what do you think is the best size for a mastermind group? How has group size affected your experience?

Experience definitely plays a role in the participants. Those new to master mind groups should be invited, but in more of an observational role initially. Those experienced should be able to identify the objectives as a collective and then turn the floor over to new people for their fresh take on the vision. Or hold an offline forum to collect the ideas of the new comers. Not sure how that works in a digital community.

The Art of Shaping Reality
I have both a BS and MSCM in Construction Management. It is a highly rewarding experience to build a trophy that people live and function in. At this stage in my life I want to try something different and branch away from (but not ditch the skillsets) construction. I am seeking to integrate my passion for music, painting, and crafting (furniture, designs) with my construction experiences to tell a new story for others to enjoy and grow from. Ideas are appreciated.
