Aminos to GHL direct integration
If you are using amino bots, and have been struggling with trying to get these to integrate directly into your go high-level account without having to make.com or Zappier, then this is the video that you have been waiting for. Complete walk-through start to finish without any pausing. So it should roughly take you about 15 minutes. https://youtu.be/H5Hymr4RUkM?si=0H1qUPOZfK3C21DN

Aminos to GHL direct integration

@Clifford Paulick That depends. If you are completely replacing Zapier with GHL, then it's usually cheaper. For example, Zapier charges by the TASK, where as inbound webhook on GHL is just one task and charges $0.01. Zapier charges by month for a certain number of tasks, which usually ranges between $0.02-$0.03 per task (they have a plan at $49.99 /mo. for 2,000 tasks, which is $0.025 per task). But you hardly ever just use one task in Zapier, so you have to multiply that cost for the number of tasks in your Zap. If you can use GHL's inbound webhook without using Zapier, I would always choose that from a cost perspective.
1,000 Leads for $15: Outscraper to GoHighLevel without Zapier/Make/Pabbly
If you're looking for leads, @Pam Lang introduced me to Outscaper. It's a really good tool for getting local leads (or leads in a specified area) using Outscraper's Google Maps scraper. However, it doesn't have a direct GHL integration (yet!), and using Zapier for it is dubious for a few reasons: 1. Outscraper doesn't send a complete JSON file (webhook) upon completion of each task; they send a URL. So, you need to extract the data before Zapier or any other software can do anything with it. This has caused me much grief. Technically Zapier can do this. But it ends up being expensive since Zapier charges by the task, not Zap. Which brings me to (2). 2. If I want to scape 1,000s of leads, you may, like me, run out of Zapier tasks. Once you run out of your allotted monthly tasks, they bill you 1.25X the current task rate for every task above your plan (which, for me, is 2,000). So, I decided to program my own solution. If you want to know how to cheaply scrape 1,000s of leads from Outrscraper and transfer them to your GHL sub-account, then watch the video. It costs me total $15 per 1,000 leads about, which is significatnly less than what I was paying for lead lists or Zapier tasks. The integration goes like this: Outscraper >> Download Excel >> Copy to Google Sheet >> Run Apps Script >> Auto Upload to GHL The only steps that are manual are downloading the Excel and copying all the contents into a Google Sheet. But that takes all but 15 seconds. The rest is automated and about 10 times faster than going through Zapier (and about 4 times cheaper). If you want to run the automation, follow the instructions in the video and open the Apps Script doc below. I’m Back
What is up everyone? I know I have not been active for a moment. I’ve been traveling, out of town and dealing with some personal things. No, I don’t want pity. (Hope all is well, Prayers, I’m sorry to hear) nothing. It happens and we as people have to deal with it. Since this, I have been looking at things a little differently. I’m ready to kick it in great again, and get this moving again.

Hello All, I’m new to this space and this tech, looking forward to sharing and reading about everyone’s journey. I am interested in BOTS for small businesses and automation but honestly after reading some posts this group has so much more to offer the community. I’m here, reach out if you have anything to share like advice or common knowledge.

@Rob Mackenzie Welcome!
Phone number Transfer
so im trying to transfer everything over from an agency i was signed up with, but their support is non existent. I have my business number with them and am A2P compliant with that number for over a year. is there a way to hook up that number to the new agency hosting my subaccount I'm buidling out? When i click "add number" it just gives me new number options to choose one. does this mean i gotta go through the A2P process again with a completely new number? grrr.

You can try to port the number over. See if GHL support knows how to do this. But I wouldn't count on that being an option. The best option is like you said, to try to transfer the sub-account to your own Agency account. But @Chris Podkowa is right, if they are bums about it, then it'll be impossible to get it transferred. However, if they know it's a very easy process, they may be more inclined. Share with them this GHL support article/video: https://help.gohighlevel.com/support/solutions/articles/155000002031-sub-account-transfers-all-you-need-to-know It's literally a less than one minute process to transfer sub-accounts between agencies. All they need is YOUR Relationship Number. It's easy to find and the 2.5 minute video in the link above tells you how to find it. I would try again contacting their support and providing them with this article and your Relationship Number. Make the process frictionless for them. Sometimes people just kick rocks because they don't know how to do the thing you need. So, if you give them all they need and tell them it'll take them less than a minute, then they may do it.
