Been Eyeball Deep in Course Creation
Framework mapped out through module 6 of 9 last night. Focused on keeping it powerful but simple. The great thing about the fundamentals is once you get them understood and integrated, you just iterate. It's not as mentally or energetically taxing as trying to learn new concepts. Business and growth get so much easier when you master the fundamentals, and that's what this course is all about... only it takes the tendency for ADHD and executive disfunction into account since MOST entrepreneurs struggle with that to some degree. I'm striving to balance between teaching enough to support the process but not adding any fluff that causes information overload or friction. Kind of excited to finally be getting this out :) How's everyone else doing? Would love to know what you're working on. GIF me your week so far <3

Do You Prefer Content in Email or Group?
Hey guys, I've been really studying group engagement more (not just mine but others) and noticing that many seem to be very quiet unless they are in the several thousands in members. My primary goal is to create support for small business owners through content as well as be available to those who want more than content but a sounding board or occassionally mentor/advisor. That really doesn't require a group. If there's not conversation in the group, or it takes huge number to have that happening, I have to figure out how to help myself not get disuaded by the lack of energy. (I'm sharing this because it might be something some of you have considered for yourselves.) Something I was ponder is the lack of analytics in Skool. I can't measure reach. I don't know who logs in and sees things. With email I can see that. With other group platforms I can see that. With that data I at least have an idea of who's consuming content. (Which I've barely created, obviously... but I start measuring things from the beginning) Anyway, thought occurred to me to ask how you each prefer to consume content in general from someone you are interested in hearing from. Your inbox, or their platform wherever they are, whether it be a group, podcast or youtube channel. Would love if you could take a moment to cast a vote <3

Monday post - Twenty Minutes Before Monday ends
My Mondays are long and I LOVE it that way. I generally take the weekend off but I ALWAYS take Sundays off. There was a time when that was really difficult for me. When things get quiet, my brain is busy, and it wants to be able to explore and play, create, build, document, MOVE NEEDLES FORWARD. But Sunday is the day that I observe the Sabbath in my faith and so it's very different than any other day of the week. When my brain wants to be busy on Sundays, I put it towards studying gospel related topics, doing genealogy, pondering, journaling or writing spiritual thoughts to share with others. And I LOVE Sunday naps and snuggles. But by the time Monday morning comes around... I'm like a slingshot that's been pulled back all weekend and tension is built up and ready to be released! Some days, like today, I take a few hours in the middle of the day to spend with my girls if they've been with their dad for the weekend. Today we went shopping for seeds and supplies for this year's garden and then finished with our daily ritual of driving while listening to music and talking about life. Then I got back to work while my youngest, who's now 14 going on 32, got to work on planting seeds. I worked on a few projects with a few stretch breaks while she worked on the garden, the got to work on a sewing project. She's working on two different dresses and she quite the seamstress. Tomorrow she'll be making homemade Chicken Alfredo from scratch. We cross paths frequently, she and I, and her sister (my third for four daughters, who's almost 18 and preparing to launch out of the nest) occassionally intersects for meals or trips to the park or late night sister drives with music and something yummy. There is so much freedom in their daily lives that they have no comprehension of because it's always been like this. I've always been home (well, since my oldest was one year old) and crafts and projects and independence with family interaction has always been what home life was like.

Bonsoir Madame, How are you? How did the seeds and planting go? I bet the chicken Alfredo tasted delicious. As it happens i was making some wild seed bombs last weekend for the planters' and i discovered some sunflower seeds that had forgotten about and got those in too. We reap what we sow, right. I adore that proverb, ... I've not heard it before, merci. “As a man thinks in his heart so is he,” ( Prov. 23:7) My week ebb and flow... This is what I aim for... some weeks are better than others 😉 Mornings are pour moi... Sunlight - sometimes yoga, walk in nature/podcast / audible / music with no lyrics Mon - Tues - afternoons/evenings - Clients and coaching Wednesdays - French language singing classes think kids nursery rhythms /volunteering - we all cannot sing for toffees, however, I never laugh so much or so hard 😆 Thursdays - the dentist appointment/business development Friday - lunch out and catch-ups Saturdays - jogging/yoga/admin Sundays - self-care / Fresh Bedding / weekly check-in with Mother et bestie in San Fran / setting the board the the following week. Bon soirée, M
Monday Message - Let's Talk About Momentum
So, Skool doesn't currently allow for audio only posts. This is just audio, will be turned into video for some visuals and also pdf. A lot of what I'll share will be concepts and thoughts for forming solid frameworks, the rest will be tools and systems. The frameworks are created mentally first. Architects imagine before they draw. The things that happen in their minds first impacts innumerable actions by tons of people to bring a building to life. The same is true of your business. Priming your "mental pump" so to speak, should be something that you do daily because that will improve your Business "Architect" skills. Please have a listen (about 7 minutes) and let me know your thoughts.

Bonjour Madame, How are you and the family? For moi this reminds me of a fly wheel and going from 0-1 in anything particularly for the first time is the hardest thing. This reminds me of the book Good to Great by Jim Colins, chapter 8 is all about the flywheel and how you get the momentum going and continuing. The logic of momentum. Merci, M x P.S. I à 🚪 the phrase “let’s all row together, it reminds of the book… Will it Make the Boat Go Faster
