👉🏽 Is it possible to NOT feel insecure? No. All men have insecurities. Some of us are just able to hide it better than others. In working with men for years, I can assure you the most confident man you know has insecurities. 🔴 The problem is, how do you handle these insecurities? Some of them you can control... ie. money, and body weight. Some of them you can't change... ie. height, d*ick size. ✅ What you can control... take full responsibility in working 1% every day to correct it. What you can't change, learn to embrace and work with it. Confidence comes from within and oozes out. What are your thoughts?

Stoicism is key here. Another suggestion for the men with better frame control is open conversation with other men, or -- and i suggest this with much caution -- your woman. Most men will not know enough about women to have this conversation without (sometimes permanently) damaging your relationship though, so if you have any doubts at all.. dont.
Help....
My girlfriend is preparing for her exams... I said her study well... She liked the message and said good night... I felt that it was rude... I mean it deserves atleast a thanks or something wholesome??? Or is there any other way to manage my emotion regard this..

Either have a conversation about your wants, needs and expectations so you avoid building resentment, as resentment has been shown by the gottman institute to be the #1 predictor of divorce/breakups. Or, and this is what i'd recommend even if you choose to have the above conversation: Get around masculine men more. You seem very emotional and easy to shake - i'd recommend adopting stoic philosophies.
Stop making her your #1
One of the biggest mistakes I found a man will make is placing a woman ahead of God and His Mission in life. Despite what social media and new social norms will tell you, you as a man need to remember that she can never come before your mission in this life. She may love you for that moment, but she will resent you as a man later on. Choose: Actively pursue your mission and then come back home and love your woman properly. or Actively make your world revolve around her and lose yourself and the relationship afterward. Can confirm. Have tried both approaches, and i'll never do the latter again.
Advice needed
Is there any possible way to develop a mindset of not taking stuff being said about me by my girlfriend, family and friends seriously? I mean i end up taking their "jokes" in a offensive manner.. any solution?

Check yourself. Is what they're saying triggering you because it hits on part of your identity that you subconsciously (or consciously) know you need to work on? If so, you need to adopt a nonreactive mindset. How to do so is beyond a simple comment here, but if need be, dm me and i MIGHT be able to help. It's also possible to acknowledge to them that you're working on this area of yourself and that it's therefore something you are currently sensitive about. I wouldn't suggest doing this with your girlfriend though ;)

Not gonna vote because i believe it's more nuanced. I'll give my 2 cents though; When a man OR a woman cheats on their partner, it is a clear display of weak values on their part. Values such as honesty, loyalty, integrity will not allow you to do so. It leads us back to vetting the people we bring into our lives. So if you got cheated on, know that you fucked up not only IN the relationship, but in the very choice of partner.

@Coach Raph No - like i said; i don't believe it's that black and white. The person who cheats, is a person with weak values - they are responsible for their actions. My point is, we cannot control the actions of others - the closest we can come, is to choose those we surround ourselves with wisely. The option that's missing is "both".
