Submodalities are the key to us (NLP), submodalities are the experiences that influence how we perceive and interpret the world. such as visual, auditory, and kinesthetic— Visual Submodalities Visual submodalities specifically relate to how we picture information in our minds. The brightness, the distance the color size and clarity. Effect how we feel. 1. Brightness: This refers to how light or dark the mental picture appears. A bright mental image may evoke feelings of positivity and energy, while a dim image might elicit feelings of sadness or fatigue. 2. Color: The color can significantly affect emotional responses. Bright colors, such as yellow and red, can create excitement, while softer colors like blue and green can evoke 3. DISTANCE —-Images that seem close can feel more immediate and impactful, whereas those that feel distant may seem less relevant or engaging. 4. Size: A large mental picture may appear more important or threatening, while a small one might seem trivial or less concerning. 5. Clarity: Clear pictures tend to create strong associations and emotions, while blurry images may lead to confusion or a lack of connection. 6. Movement: A still mental image may evoke different feelings than one that appears to be in motion. By understanding and controlling these visual cues can reshape your experiences and emotional reactions. For instance, someone recalling a traumatic event might picture it as a large, bright image. By changing this mental picture to a small, dim one, they can reduce its emotional impact. Have you realize these have an effect on all of us? What do you think?
