Hey, members of the ProServed Community, My name is Mathias Degardin and I am currently the Junior Director at Weston Racquet Club, an Ivan Lendl facility. I have been the director for the past 3 years and the program is flourishing! It is a great first experience as a tennis director. Our facility is only doing tennis; however, I am certified and have taught Pickleball, Platform, and Padel. I love high-performance Juniors! I am also a yoga instructor! I am excited to grow with everyone here and learn from all of you; some of you have an amazing experience!

I am currently the Director of Pickleball at Pickleballerz in Chantilly, Virginia. I also work with a swim and tennis facility in Manassas, Virginia as the Director of Racquet Sports. I have been a USPTA-certified teaching professional for over 25 years and a PPR-certified pickleball instructor for the past 4 years. In my spare time, I teach online sports management courses at Post University, Connecticut.
