What’s your “WINNING” morning routine??
I’ll break the ice. 4:00 wake up + Gratitude journal. 4:15 Get my ass to the gym. No bargaining, no intrusive thoughts. 5:15 4hrs DEEP WORK. No distractions, no messages, no emails. (Sometime filming reels) 9:15 meal #2 eggs, toast, chicken sausage 9:45 admin, things I’ve avoided! 1:00 light lunch + light work: messages, emails, comments, new members, Q&A, etc 3:00 something outdoors! Pickleball, cycling, swimming, long dog walk. 5:30 dinner + plan for next day 8:30 journal + bed WHAT'S YOURS?????
