Hello, I have been doing the exercises that we got from last week, still takes a lot of effort, probably I will be ready for more in another 2 or 3 weeks, very good starting as I haven’t do any in a long time

I just want to ask for your advice; I eat fish with lettuce 3 or 4 times a week , the fish is in batter , is the batter good for a good diet? I am asking because I don’t eat biscuits or sweets or pasta; I eat twice a day and I don’t loose an ounce! Thank you for your help

Thank you for your answer, I have a non functional Thyrod I drink just green tea and for breakfast I have oats with almonds, nuts, raisins, and many other seeds, is a blend that I prepare at home, I roast the oats with coconut oil and honey, I use to have a lot of rice , but since I broke my foot I can’t make it any more, although I haven’t do much exercises, just the ones that you gave us, I had los 3 kilos so probably is the rice that doesn’t do good to me, I will look for frozen fish with no batter from now on, thank you.
Lazy bones
I think I am just lazy I want to lose weight because I am so unhappy with the way I look but just can't physically get motivated or I do something for a couple of days then give up does anyone else feel like this?

Me too! the exercises are so mild that you won’t feel them a burden, is the opposite once you start you will feel that you can do a little more

Good morning, I want to say thank you for the suggestion to listen Jim Rhon. I have found him in you tube and he gave me very good ideas; next week I will start my physiotherapy as the cast will come off, and I intend to start to exercise properly, thank you again for all the good motivation that you send to us, you are awesome !

Its just a short 5 day Kick Start but we are trying to just get going here and once we are up and going we can continue the momentum of moving towards a healthy lifestyle. Also the exercise for today was a very good for me, as although I was sitting, it make me move my feet and I believe it is important for not to loose any more muscle it was good
