what has been your experience with hiring cleaners and doing background checks? are you having success with them? Do you have to go through a lot of them?

GM just wanted to introduce myself I go by Jackie but Jacqueline is fine as well. I am excited to have a group to chat with about our business experience or inexperience if you’re me. I have only me who actually believes that I am capable to start a commercial cleaning business. I have my business license, a business checking account and it was like I hit a wall! I don’t know what happened maybe I need to research more put my next plays on paper and check them off but I am unsure what they should be! Ok so it has been 22 days past since I have had an update. 1- got BK up and running - still have a little bit of things to clear up but almost done. 2-Got my form for potential providers up and running. 3- Going thru applications and have a couple that I'm waiting to hear back from. 4-Prospecting constantly for new providers 5- got LSA setup and we have 33 reviews so I don't see a problem once we get a cleaner and pull the trigger. 6- Almost done with the contractors agreement. 7- Working with a SEO company to help us rank higher. 8 almost got GMB or GBP optimized

so curious who you all used to create your websites, I thought about using maryandamop.com as the model but wasnt sure how you all set it up in the beginning?
