Hey guys, I am starting my journey tomorrow and had a few question? The pictures below are what my current physique looks like and what my goal is. I was wondering how long it take to go from the first picture to my goal with calisthenics.

This challenge was extremely hard and was the first time I’ve done this amount of push-ups before. It took me 1 hour 20 minutes to complete😤 Anyone wanna try⁉️
