Yesterday I was about to pick up a mini excavator I reserved, but they canceled last minute. So I spent a couple hours and paid $400 more to get one from somewhere else. Then towards the end of the day when I was just about to be done trenching and had to leave for another job I hit a sewer line. I didn't get home until 9pm. How is this a win? I won because the old me would have not handled it well. I was able to be calm, composed and just roll with the punches. The old me would have been a stressed out wreck that wanted to lash out at employees, or my family when I got home. But I was able to shrug and just say it's par for the course, and then take action to resolve the issues. Overall the day really sucked, but I didn't, so it was a win for me.

I'm pretty sure I watched this video when I was looking into getting my first gun. I think he detailed pros and cons of common types. I don't remember 100% but I'm also assuming he probably ended the video by saying something like: the best gun for concealed carry is the one you are willing to carry, fits your lifestyle and are proficient in. That's also my opinion. For me a glock 19 seems to be the right choice because it's got space for a light and the MOS version has space for a green dot and it's big enough to take care of business, but small enough to be mostly comfortable with all day wearing. I say mostly because in my work I sometimes access peoples crawl spaces or dig trenches for hours. I am not sure any gun is going to be fun to have while doing those activities.
