Joined the Wellington Walking Festival for a walk of 4 miles - included a wood fired pizza on an eco trail (oops)!
Rice Portion
I am having brown rice for my tea with chicken can you tell me how much rice I can eat? Dry weight.

I marinade the chicken with balsamic vinegar, honey & soy sauce in the fridge for at least an hour. Cook it all on the hob & the marinade turns very sticky. Serve with a salad or veg.

Hi Tim - What would be the ideal portion size of the oats, seeds & blueberries? Tend to not measure any of the ingredients which might lead to over eating.
