By having a very strong WHY and discipline to use the energy for things I really want and avoid things which don't serve on the way towards my goals. And then to have some extra-time in-between - just for relaxing and nothing else.

I have a sound education, 9 years of experience as a coach, a lot of life experience, above-average empathy and knowledge of human nature, can listen well and ask profound questions, and I am overdelivering always!! I have good stamina and don't give up on anyone as long as they want to and cooperate. I love people and want them to become the best version of themselves.
