Instagram Music Blogs
Is there a lot of growth that can happen when we pay to be on various instagram music blogs? I know someone who can get my music on 5-10 relevant instagram music blogs for $600 The pages have an average of 250k followers. The estimated increase of growth on my page is roughly 3-15% does this make sense?

That really depends on what your goal is for the influencer campaign. If and when new traffic clicks over to your IG, do you have a funnel in place to capture their data? Do you have products that you're already planning to to offer them? If you get nothing from the campaign will losing the $600 set you back a lot? If the answer to all of these questions are favorable then go for it. The campaign is worth it if you can plot out some goals, and have a way to turn the influx of traffic into fans over time. The easiest way to do this is to capture the data so that you can email them, and or text them when you do have something to offer. That way even if you get a few new contacts those are people you can sell to. I hope this helps

AI & Marketing
AI can analyze data related to music streaming, social media, and other online platforms to identify trends and insights about consumer behavior. This information can help music marketers target their campaigns to specific audiences more effectively. How will you use AI or are you against using it?

AI has always been everywhere. Spelling correction on Microsoft word, or your chrome browser, Your Spotify/SoundCloud, and other platform Song suggestions, or your book suggestions etc.. But when it comes to music marketing it can really help with ad generation, and targeting. Content generation is also a plus. AI is great for stock art. There are artists that can use AI art to get a great start on a project. I use it a lot for Ad generation, and graphic assistance.
Signing Artist In Todays Market
So I got my LLC about a month ago but don’t intend on releasing any details till later this year by building not only my brand but build relationships and connections as a producer. I came across this clip on akademiks talking about signing artist and wanted to hear y’all opinion on signing artist. Is signing 10 artist/producers just to hope one of them pop realistic or really building the artist you truly believe has talent

Signing Artist In Todays Market

It really depends on what you want to do. When I was younger I was trying to build with every artist, I possibly could. I gave out free beat after free beat for several years. The only thing I had during that time was my ability to create instrumentals quickly, I also would help artists with their songwriting when needed. Using strictly the ability of instrumentals Artists wanted to sign with me as a producer for a time. In exchange I would give them free production and produce most if not all of their projects. It was a "partnership" When they make it, I'll make it is what I was told, and I was cool with it after all many of the artists were making their mark and they were rising. All was well and music was being cranked out, The artists were able to permanently use that music for their shows, and use that to get people into their fanbase and ecosystem- However I only supplied the beats during this time. and then it happened... one of the artists got SIGNED to a label with major support and then I was told unfortunately I can't be a part of the projects going forward because the label has their own producers---> So all that time culminates into them moving forward.... not necessarily you getting to work with the artist long term. Now if you're signing an artist what benefits are you giving them, will you be providing tracks, and another resource such as marketing? Will you be advancing them money? All of these things matter, Do you plan on shopping for a label deal for the artists for signing to your production company? If you don't plan on doing any of that it would probably be better to charge for your services, reason being because tying someone down and not being able to deliver progress for them will have them wanting to leave. On the flipside if you produce all the work and get nothing monetarily only to be endzoned in the end either by the artist leaving (through signing with another label, or just not working with you anymore.) If I can help the artist get a deal with a major label then for sure Signing an artist may be a great look. However if not... it' may not be feasible. And that broooo was only 1....... Now CAN YOU IMAGINE 10?????!!!!!!!!!!!!
