Just posting here for years I mean years literally a few decades of my life I have been overweight and this summer after years of either staying the same and/or gaining weight I finally turned the corner. I peaked at 258 pounds in August but then started out diligently working out twice a week 45 minutes and walking a couple of miles at least a week in addition to swimming and yoga and now as 2025 comes in I am down to 239! Iโm also drinking 8 cups of water daily which helps tremendously As well! Iโm hoping to be done to 234 by new years which is highly likely at this stage! I think the situation and personal circumstances have to be in the right place as well as oneโs mental mindset and also a strong support network needs to be in place. I am fortunate that I have that! All of that! And of course success begets success so I am hoping and thinking that the trend will continue. So just to summarize it CAN be done but some things have to be doneโthereโ before it comes to fruition!
