I've been working with my clients on a commission-based deal, where I get $70 for every consultation that i book for them, which requires a $30 upfront deposit. Their total budget is $900, so $30 per day for 3 creatives. I ran the first 2 weeks or so at $10 per day for 3 creatives and got around 28 leads, which were all very low quality and none of them converted or even answered, even after 10 follow ups. I created an optimization plan to get higher quality leads and increased the budget to $30 per day, it's the 4th day, and I've gotten 7 leads, and yet none of them have answered anything. I guess it may be from the fact that I'm using appointwise which hasn't worked so I've had to hone in on manual outreach to be honest. I need help, I've spent over $220 already, and gotten 35 leads with no conversion.
