A Great Recipe for PP or Breastfeeding!
Okay, pumpkin is traditionally eaten in fall because that is when it’s in season, but I think late summer can count too 🙈 Why I think you’ll love this recipe? Pumpkin is nutritious and rich in vitamins and minerals, such as fiber which helps curb those terrible hunger pangs! Pumpkin purée is also hydrating which is so important for postpartum recovery and making that mighty milk 💪 Did I mention they’re delicious? 🤤
