I think you should address this.
I know the majority of you in this community want to change. Many of you indicated that in the membership question required for admittance. But I want to highlight the difference between wanting to make change and being willing to do the things necessary to make change. To want is to desire. To be willing is to take action. How many of you have gone through the Drop10in30 program in the library? How many of you have tracked protein intake for 30 days straight? How many of you have declared or written down, “I will commit to X (sacrifices/plan) for Y (duration of time) to achieve Z (goal).” ? We have all of the information we need to get our butts into gear. So, let’s go! A great place to start is by taking a Metabolic Assessment (MA). An MA is a survey that will allow you to reflect on your current situation in terms of diet, exercise, stress, and sleep. The results of the MA will quantify your current position and shed light on what and how much work needs done. If this sounds like something that would be helpful, comment “yes” below and I will send you the link.

Late to the post, but yes
I need a big favor…
The feedback to this poll is massively important and your participation would mean the world to me… I have a question… What is the MOST important thing to focus on when attempting to lose body fat?

All are key parts to success. If you had to choose only one, ensuring your body gets the proper nutrition can carry failure in other areas.
I want to show you successful fat loss.
You guys, I'm getting married in 31 days! My fiancée and I are doing a 31-day mini-cut to prepare for the big day! If I held a live case study showing how I personally built my fiancées 31-day nutrition and training program, would anyone be interested in attending? This live case study would explain how I: establish realistic goals with realistic timelines, build nutrition and training plans based off of metabolic health, and hold clients accountable ensuring success. Essentially, it is me spilling my coaching process for free😂 Drop a comment and like below and I’ll reach out with more details⬇️

Absolutely
This is why you aren't losing body fat...
Body fat loss is not an issue of information (If it is, then all you need to do is private message me and I will provide you with the information), it is an issue of application. Here's what I mean: All of the information you need to lose body fat and transform your life entirely can be found via the internet. YouTube, Google, ChatGPT, etc. All of these resources can provide you basically infinite resources to accomplish just about anything you want. If all you needed was information, you would acquire and then be successful, right? WRONG. You need to APPLY that information to build success. So, here is my question: What stands in the way of you achieving your body fat loss goals? Comment below and let's have a dialogue. Let's unpack the excuses and develop a plan.

@Michael Martin I completely agree that the steps you’ve listed when done consistently can and will make a difference. I am actually currently doing all these things. The key will be to continue doing all of them. I believe consistency will equal results. Since I’ve joined this community I’ve lost 5 pounds. Which is far from my end goal, but it is a great start.
