¡Hola!

I need your Help! My new book needs a title…
I've been working on the cover of a new book about residential space efficiency and came up with this funny illustration. Still a draft but what do you think? Any ideas for fun names are more than welcome! 😀

@Moises Rojas that is a great point Moises. Even though the space could be “compact”, the layout is key in order to make it more efficient.

@Jaziel Hernandez no worries Jaziel 😀. All questions are welcome! ROI (Return on Investment) shows how much extra you get back compared to what you spent. If you spend $10,000 on a home 🔨 renovation and it increases your home’s value 🤩 by $15,000, your profit is $5,000. In this case your ROI is 50%, meaning the renovation added 50% more value than what you spent.

My Story. How I became a Residential Designer in the US
I hope everybody is having a great weekend so far! A few years ago, I became a big fan of graphic novels, and in fact, most of my drawings are inspired by the different authors I enjoy reading and have been discovering throughout the years. Here is an illustration I made where I share my story and path to becoming a residential designer in the US. Where do you get your inspiration from? Feel free to leave a comment! 😀

@Alex Lupsheniuk It's never too late to start ✍️drawing again! I started my IG page in 2020, and it motivated me to get back into drawing—this time on the iPad! ✨

@Melissa Reyes hola Melissa!
