Over head serve
I don't know why but my Over head serve won't go over the net. I have the techique and also the strength. I throw the volleyball with my left and hit with my right. Any tipps?

I had the same problem. You can try to hit the ball faster and toss the ball right where your arm reaches it's highest point. Hope it helps π

INTRODUCTION
Hi, I'm Luigi play middle blocker 6'1(185 cm), and I'm 15. I started playing in January 2024 and I don't have a lot of experience so I usually stay in the bench even though I am the tallest in the team. I'm looking forward to play in the first team and keep practicing during summer βοΈ
