The next month.
For the next month I have set myself the challenge of working out on a regular basis e.g 4 times a week. This would be to go up from my 50. Push up max but also to explore how to workout using home equipment. Will keep you guys updated with my schedule if anyone wants to join me

Well how can I say it's not a scam,Euhh It did help me Fucking alot it's gonna give u tips that are really worth it,It won't make u automatically confident but make it really easy,I recommend it just join see all the Course Nothing to lose its free,10/10 Bc most of the tips we're accurate and helpful

I completely agree this course is amazing
Max Push-up and weight
At the start I could do only 15 push-up now 30 at a time AND II HAVE A BIG ANNOUNCEMENT I'M FUCKING 65Kg (I shitted took my clothes of barenacked) When I get more confident I will show u guys like 60%muscle and the rest fat not the best But at least it's good.
