Mercury asking to verify LLC physical address.
Hi everyone, I'm opening a Mercury account for my LLC and after submitting all the documentation I just received an email asking for a utility bill or bank statement for my LLC (which I don't have at the moment). Does anyone have any tips on how to proceed in this case? UPDATE: I was approved after submitting a Wise bank statement with my LLC address.

@Danny Gelfenbaum Hi Danny, yes I used a Wise business account with my LLC name and my LLC address in the US, using my Wise - USD bank statement. After I submitted this, Mercury asked for my personal address verification in my home country. Which I used my brazilian bank statement.

Question on changing business address
Hey everyone. I'm planning to open my Wyoming LLC soon, but I've heard it might be hard/impossible to open certain bank accounts and use some payment processors with a Wyoming address. I know that my Wyoming LLC would naturally have a Wyoming address. But are there any good websites that provide a physical/virtual business address in e.g.: Florida besides that so I can easily open various business bank accounts as a non-US resident? If yes, which one should I do first, getting the address or opening the LLC?

Hey mate, my LLC is from Wyoming and I managed to open Wise, Payoneer, and Mercury bank accounts. I have a post here explaining how I did it.
Does the CP-575 replaces the 147C Letter?
I just got off a call with an IRS employee. I inquired about my EIN number and the 147C Letter. They informed me that I will be receiving a CP-575 notice in the mail, which is the official document. Now, my question is: Do I still need the 147C Letter, or can I use the CP-575 to open bank accounts and for other purposes?

Open your US bank account here
If you have your LLC you now need to open bank accounts (the first two are free so open both!). I'm going to share some links below to what I think are the best options. They are my affiliate links and I'll address them separately so you can understand the benefits. When applying, be honest but always emphasize more on how you will help your US clients. Relay financial - I have a great relationship with relayfi and they have told me that applicants that use this link have a greater likelihood of being approved. I use relay for my business and it has been great.the account is free to open. https://app.relayfi.com/register?referralcode=jimbaker Mercury bank - this is another great option. Again focus on how you are serving clients in the US. This link should give you bonuses once you are approved. The account is free to open. https://mercury.com/partner/jamesbakercpa Wise - this is not a bank but is a useful way to get paid and pay other people sign up with my link to get free transfers up to $500.. the account is free to open but there are small fees to open different currency accounts https://wise.com/invite/ahpc/jamesb2812 Stripe - if you are selling anything I would first try stripe.com for payment processing. I don't have a special link for them. Let me know if there are other accounts you may be interested in, how this goes for you and which you prefer!

@Marcia Smith Hi Marcia! Did you need to create a company website or LinkedIn bio? Or is just the Form 147C, proof of address in your country, and business address enough?
