Good morning all I'll be posting V300 later after I get all my to dos done seeing I'm off today always something to be done before the snow flies. Got in a 5 mim cold shower🥶 but dont do them daily as i dont shower daily tryjng for every other day. One area I can improve on is stop taking things to heart when it comes to ppl I love or my friends 🤞🏿🙏 over ppl thinking I'm some kinda softy and need to do it for my own self..Have a great day all

Anniversary
@Jared Wade November 1st 🥇 will be our 2 years anniversary. I may not have lost the weight I would have liked, but you gave me so much more. I now know how to set boundaries (most of the time 😀) I have gained confidence, especially when I am in confrontations. My stomach doesn’t go in knots. I’ve became a better version of me. I’m not quite 💯 but I have the confidence now to know it is possible Thanks for always believing in me when nobody else did 😊
