Bio: I live in Erie, PA. Raised 3 kids after 2 terms in the Army. I now work for the State; easier on me than the 16 years I gave to the postal service.

Bio: 57 year old mother of 2 sweet boys (men) I have struggled with weight, self image, eating issues for as long as I can remember.

Bio: I’m 63 and teying to loose some weight and gain muscle and get healthier. Cholesterol is up so I’m working on that too.

Bio: A year ago, started eating high fat/low carb. I lost 50 pounds, then hit a plateau.I finish this weight loss journey by my 55th birthday in January.
