I have new challenge and I would benefit from all of your input. I am about to start to lead newly established department where employees are starting together with me and are mainly working remotely from different places and many of them have this as their side job on part time basis. I have already thought about some strategies, but maybe you have tips and tricks you know work well or doesn't work at all.
I will know when I meet them for the first time! :)

I would add critical thinking and analytical skills. :) Unless they are incorporated in under one of top 5. Sometimes I am not 100% aware what is meant by one or other skill. :D

The true role of a leader is to inspire, be an example, and to create environment for true synergy to take place.

@Dmitrijs Bals, I believe that the main component of making it happen is communication. In my experience, main conflicts happen because of miscommunication or lack of communication. When you learn how to communicate, you build trust. And that add a biggest part of what is needed for synergy.
No One Will Do It For You
Ladies & Gentlemen, Just thinking loudly - it doesn’t matter how much money you have, no one will workout for you, no one will learn skills for you, no one will eat healthy for you, no one will love for you, etc. What do you think? Do you have more examples of “no one will …. for you?”

No one will choose to become better version of yourself for you! 🤩
@Dmitrijs Bals, sure thing! You should own that decision yourself! 😁
