I’m so keen to explore more of the resources. Fave part of the holidays is giving of gifts and seeing the joy in the little kids face. I have 5 grandkids which I love to spoil. This year my kids and I are starting a new tradition, it involves paint, magnetic mini canvases and our imagination. Each year we will paint mini canvases and place on our fridge to make a vibrant fridge full of each years creations. Sadly my 27yo can’t travel to be with us but I’ll see her in January 🥰

🔥YOUR 4 WEEK GOAL! STARTS HERE!🔥
As we head into the holidays, it’s easy to fall into the trap of pushing goals aside. Business takes a backseat, gym sessions are skipped, the kids are home, and temptations like chocolate, indulgent food, and drinks are everywhere. But here’s the hard truth: if you’re someone who says, “I’ll start Monday,” there will always be another excuse waiting to derail you. My mindset is different. Instead of waiting for January 1st or a so-called “perfect time,” ask yourself: What can I start doing right now? I hate New Year’s resolutions because most people quit by mid-January, only to let another year slip by. Why waste more time when you can take action today? For the next four weeks, let’s hold ourselves and each other accountable. I challenge you to write your 4-week goal in the comments. It can be big or small, but it must be specific, achievable, and measurable. Then, list 3 actionable steps you will start tomorrow to help you reach that goal. No vague ideas—get clear and intentional. EXAMPLE: Goal: I want to lose 11 kg by January 5th, so I weigh 83 kg. and fit into my favourite dress for my cousin's wedding Action Steps: (Creatine routine to reach the goal) 1. Wake up early and go for a run—5 laps around the block—then journal and do my breathwork routine. (Planning ahead to reach the goal) 2. Stick to an organic meat-and-veg diet, prep my lunches in the morning to avoid unhealthy cafe food, and stay hydrated throughout the day. (Avoiding temptation to reach the goal) 3. Spend time with my healthy friends, hire a PT or find a gym buddy, and say no to social drinking if I can’t handle the temptation. Your turn: Write your goal and steps in the comments. Then, take it a step further: Take a photo of it and set it as your phone’s background. Write it on sticky notes and place them beside your bed, on your mirror, in your car, or at your desk. Keep it visible so you’re constantly reminded of what you’re working toward. Let’s use the next four weeks to prove to ourselves what we’re capable of. This is not about waiting for January it’s about making it by January—this is about starting today and stepping into the version of you who gets it done.

Goal - complete self paced component of breath work course and finalise business name, logo and business name registration 1. Set aside 1hr x2 for study per week - Monday 12pm and Thursday 8am 2. Every morning after gym set aside 45 minutes towards business goals. Sit in gym foyer with laptop and get it done! 3. Keep up with my daily gym routine but incorporate breath work before leaving house 4. Eat healthy food, keep portion size in check. Healthy body healthy mind!! 5. Use anchoring to keep me focused and motivated - do this once weekly on Monday morning before gym 6. Stick this plan on mirror in bathroom, on fridge, on passenger seat of car, at work, on phone screen, at my home office.
