However, over the last couple of years, the entertainment industry has been taking a hard hit with strikes, budget cuts, and the AI takeover, putting thousands of industry people out of work; many are losing their homes & livelihoods sitting on their thumbs waiting for the phone to ring - and who knows when that will be.
