What's your skool goal for 2025?
As 2024 slowly comes to a end what do you hope to achieve on skool next year? Often people are on the platform with no direction in mind which kind of gets them nowhere. It got me to wonder What's your goal for 2025? Is it to win the games? Hit a MRR goal?

What's the perfect amout of Content in a free Community?
You need to hit the spot between delivering tons of value and not having to much so members consum everything and it doesn't take to long for them to do that so nothing holds them back from joining the paid. How much hours of content do you have in your free Community? is it to much?

Don’t be araid to give more information away for free. Information exists everywhere. Sell them the implementation.

@Paul Schuller It definately could be, I have a few ideas but I haven’t tried it with cetainty. Most often as long as you structure what you give away in the correct way. It could work to easily upsell the people who you want to help.
Flame meme and a helpful algorithm
When I first find out about the 🔥 on Skool, and how you get it next to your name if you get 10 activity acknowledgments for 30 days straight on Skool, I was definitely tempted to like and comment on everything without thinking. But...since the algorithm takes into consideration the interaction of other members with your posts it actually pays better to offer real value to the community rather than randomly liking (possibly posts you don't really even agree with—I never did THAT!!). For me that journey has meant I am inclined more to share my real daily wins, my real challenges and my real work-arounds, as I go, and as I learn more about Skool. Maybe this is one social media algorithm I can get behind? What about you? How do you feel about the 🔥 algorithm?

Decoding Calvin Hollywood’s Skool Brain (Interview)
This was supposed to be a casual conversation with @Calvin Hollywood But it ended up as The Skool Scientist’s Masterclass!! We discussed: 1. How to fight the negative PR surrounding Skool 2. The concept of good Churn and how to monetize it 3. The Cheesecake Strategy 4. The Anti-Skyscraper Method 5. Offline Thinking for Online Communities 6. Using your community as a waiting list 7. The Report-Good-Posts Strategy 8. No “Me” Posts Rule 9. How to do Offline Meetups 10. Transparent Change Logs 11. Why people joined his German community without even knowing German! Special thanks to @Geo Youakim for all the behind-the-scenes hustle! 🫡

@Jacob Lewis You can’t do it natively through Skool. On Chrome there are extensions for it. Otherwise the little bell in the top right lets you follow the post so you can come back easier.

Group chat has been requested a few times lately. Might be on the teams radar. Heard nothing bout it though
