@Dr. Dustin Marsh the free community could simply be coaching people through something that you went through and know well then you can target your niche and give them the option to work with you as a health practitioner rather than just a coach in the onboarding calls 🤷‍♂️
I said screw it.. I’m all in 🤷‍♂️
After rewatching all of the 1 days for the millionth time, I decided to go all in and share everything I’ve got for free… 🫣 Giving away my blood sweat and tears (literally) has always made me cringe despite it being a mantra from hormozi. The whole “you just make better stuff and get the experience of the online thing and then start monetizing” thing.. 🤷‍♂️ easy peasy 🥲 So for now I’m going to do live fitness classes twice a week, followed by Q&As, and daily accountability calls without the intention to push to paid and my paid community I decided I will archive until future notice. I’ve found out that online coaching is an entirely different animal than in person and I need to master that and show proof before attempting to charge high ticket. Despite getting to 1645 MRR the community members are not in my ideal niche and cost too much to work with. (That’s a story for another time) I may start playing around with adding 1 dollar per month at some point but no plans yet. I’m relieved that I’ve finally decided on a niche and community structure and glad to not pay for two communities and only use 1. Have you tried the whole “give your best stuff away for free so that you have to make better stuff to sell?”

@Ilan Grif I like what you did there with the fitness reference! This is always something that I continue to struggle with and this actually is doing that for me. I started way too many projects at once and now focusing mainly on what’s currently making me money and the actions in the meantime that I can do to achieve my goals of going full time online is the best lighter and slower and therefore more effective route
How many NOs for a YES?
Have you heard the saying, "Every NO gets you closer to your next YES"? It’s a powerful reminder that every rejection, every setback, is actually moving us forward, not backward. I challenge you all: How many 'Nos' can you rack up this month? Whether it's sales calls, partnership pitches, or any other ask, let's count those Nos. Not only will they bring us closer to our next big Yes, but they'll also show how resilient and persistent we are! Each 'No' is a learning opportunity, a moment to refine our approach and sharpen our focus. So, how many 'Nos' can you collect this month? And more importantly, how will you use each "No" to reach your goals?

If each no handed you a 20 dollar bill wouldn’t you just endlessly take calls?

I Just Kicked out 2/3rds of my free community 🫣
After episode 3 of the 100 was released I made some huge changes and did another rebrand… I filled out the offer worksheet and narrowed my niche even further, sorted through my members and kicked out anyone who was inactive for 14 or more days and that didn’t fit my niche. It was scary seeing my group drop to 6 members (including me) but I take pride in the fact that I have the same amount of people in my paid!! They are not all from the free in fact only one is. The rest were just from dm sales from cold outreach straight to paid. It’s LOCKTOBER time to lock in! goal is 100 QUALIFIED members in my free group so that I don’t have purge the group again 🥲 Who’s with me it’s time to lock in this LOCKTOBER
