So I was listening to Bob Proctor this morning, and he was teaching about changing paradigms. A paradigm is simply a collection of beliefs that make up one's personality, attitude, and actions. Bob Proctor is one of my favorite teachers when it comes to manifestation and changing our realities because he makes things so simple. Here’s pretty much what he said: When we are born, we have a completely blank slate to create our lives. ⬇️ As we grow, we pick up on the conscious and subconscious beliefs of those around us (our paradigm). ⬇️ Most people never question or bring awareness to their paradigm, so they create very similar lives to the people who raised them. ⬇️ If you decide to bring awareness to the beliefs you have and change them, your results will change. ⬇️ It doesn’t matter what the facts of your life are or have been—everybody can do this work. This reminded me of the Self-Coaching Model from The Foundation course (pictured below). The reason I’m telling you this is that you can literally decide to change the story you tell about your life, body, dreams, etc., at any moment. You can decide right now that you are no longer someone who gets up late, eats the bowl of cereal at night, or tolerates a job that is deeply unfulfilling. This community is here to help you change your beliefs and create a new reality. You don’t need permission from anyone or anything outside of you to make that decision. Here are some questions to consider this week: - What do I REALLY want in life? - What do I believe that has stopped me from getting it? - If I literally could not believe those limiting beliefs anymore, what would I believe instead? The "How Your Brain Works" course is almost done. When I get it out, I will add it right at the end of the Foundation course. Can I get a HOYA!?
