Bio: 56, gained weight and injuries caring for my dying mother. Now injury free and don't want to exercise in ways that are unkind to my body. I'm ready!

Bio: I live in Erie, PA. Raised 3 kids after 2 terms in the Army. I now work for the State; easier on me than the 16 years I gave to the postal service.
