Two of my biggest reminders: - it's a marathon not a sprint - all feedback is good feedback Things that have helped me: - Focus on the gains and not the gap - ABCH ~ Always Be Celebrating Honey - Approach your posts with curiosity and not so much judgement - Use yes-and. Yes, my post flopped, and I showed up today, and I learned this does not resonate with people, and I'm building my writing habit, etc Acknowledging is sucks and it's challenging helps as well. Hope this helps! You're not alone:)

@Sönke Tristan Venjacob Halli Hallo Sönke, what part of Germany? I went to a German school and spent 4 months in Oldenburg when I was 15. I get excited when I meet people from Germany 😁 Love what you do. I think men benefit tremendously from brotherhoods and getting back into their masculinity while also working on their feminine energy
