Hello 👋 need someone to run over to a property I have under contract in lubbock tx 79404. It's 2 lots total. One has a SFH and the other is just an empty lot next door. SFH is vacant and probably in bad condition. Compensation will be provided!!

Any wholesalers or agents want to JV a deal in St Louis? I need assistance from someone locally because the tenant is there and is not paying rent. I'm unable to collect photos because tenant isn't responding. Essentially, the owner sold it for 3k and said "do what you want" because he doesn't want the headache anymore.
