I swear a few weeks ago I was starting to go through the DR course, but now I can't access it. Did DR access change?

Ongoing DR Stats...This is for a testimonial for a Crossfit Gym. LTV for a member is insane. I've only activated about 700 ish folks, and they are the "non prime targets" - im sending to the prime targets this week, 300 or so, they live closer to the gym. As you can see DR is crushing.
