Checked on 19 Unit apartment rehab this weekend. 🏢 . While there we checked out some wineries 🍷 . It’s coming along, 5 of the units have new bedrooms, cabinets going up and about to be ready for rent soon! . With another 8 units being framed out right now for bedrooms and getting cleaned out for their unit turn. . Super excited for this project! We bought this at 17 studios and (2) 1 bedrooms. . Looking to have (9) 2 bedrooms, (6) 1 bedrooms and (4) studios when we are done. . Which will dramatically increase the value of these buildings by hundreds of thousands of dollars. 💰 .
