Hello, I’m full time real estate. I buy & hold but I’m primarily focusing on building a marketing/wholesaling business at the moment. We’ve hit a phase where the next “problems” we are blessed to overcome are hiring right, managing well and putting systems in place that maximize our marketing spend, support our team and get us all off tasks that can be automated so we are able to focus on the right things. We are still trying to figure out exactly what those systems should look like which is why I’m here! What we currently have in place is working but I know it can be so much better - looking forward to seeing what goes on here. Thanks for creating the space 🙌

@Rick Sheldon Sure! I will hop on sometime if it's not too late! We are hiring a new employee this week and I am not really sure what to expect Re workload but I imagine later in the week I will be free to hop on🤩
